Under Computer Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates/ Windows components/ Internet explorer/ internet control panel/Security Page/ trusted zone assignment list
Edit this by clicking the show and add the following sites and give them a number 2 value field
https://cashmanagement.barclays.net
https://iportal.barclays.com/olb/portalauth/login.do#/showdevice
Save all settings and gpupdate/force the machine and it should start working again.
